Our entry into the alpaca business was initially motivated in order to help defray the expenses of our farm property, along with achieving our goal of reducing our taxable income (legally) by taking advantage of the generous benefits offered by the U.S. Tax Code.

We are achieving our expense savings and tax goals, but we must confess we are captivated with the beauty and serenity of these animals. Our lifestyle and family have been tremendously enhanced by our alpacas. While we are not doctors, we believe these alpacas were put on this planet to help reduce your blood pressure, a thought which is shared by all who join us overlooking the herd at sunset while sharing a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon!!

Our farm is located in the equestrian neighborhood of “Los Ranchitos” located in Temecula, California, with one of our pastures bordering Cabrillo Avenue, which is often voted the most beautiful street in Temecula. Now that our alpacas have entered the scene, on any given Saturday or Sunday it is now commonplace for horseback riders, bicyclists, joggers and car loads of people to stop just to gaze at the alpacas in their tranquil setting shaded by our giant sycamore trees. You have to see it to believe it.
